Designated Associates have been the main sponsor of Women In Business for a considerable number of years.

As part of our social responsibility, Designated has provided many women's business related training sessions, workshops, seminars and surgeries. 

Our volunteer mentors have supported women through the pre start and start up journey and we have coached women business owners to grow their organisations resulting in many of our mentees/coachees have gone on to become award winning entrepreneurs.

In 2003 one of our coach mentors was awarded Merseyside Woman of the Year for her services to womens businesses.

In 2008 Elaine Owen our MD was awarded UK Business Mentor of the Year by Prowess womens organisation for her dedicated mentoring services to women business owners.

In 2010 we were delighted to accept 'Outstanding contribution to womens learning and development' at the WOW national awards in Birmingham.
